For sale in our Chicago showroom is this Unique and very hard to find, near factory original 2 door 1966 Chevrolet Impala Sport Coupe Fastback in its original color Metallic Marine Blue. He owner of this car has painstakingly detailed this car almost daily since he has owned it. This is a fine example of an original condition car. A few things have been changed like the new power disc brakes up front and the radio appears original but has an MP3 input to play from modern music storage devices. The A/c Unit on this car is stock original and came with the car, it also keeps the inside very cool during the summer months. To get the most out of the stock 327 small block power plant, the intake manifold was replaced with a modern Edelbrock manifold, also matched to a highly recommended Carter AFB performance carburetor and a GM HEI Distributor. A few other upgrades include a New Starter, new water pump and exhaust pipes. Owner claims that all the numbers match, engine, trans rear end, ect. The Transmission is freshly rebuilt with under 1000 miles since the work has all been done. Owner still has most all the original parts that can go with the car when it is sold. This car drives down the road smooth and straight and fast too! Stepping into the interior the first thing you notice is how clean it all is and that it’s not redone, it’s the original interior! Its just that clean it gleams!! No rips or tears or excessive wear! WOW! this is a rare find in this condition. Brand new tires mounted to factory Rallye wheels give this car a hot stock rod look! The vehicle is originally from the west coast and has served it 3 owners well over the last 53 years!
