Chevrolet K10 4x4 305 V8 1985

General description : Description
This 1985 Chevrolet K10 is already attractive for being a value-priced classic 4x4 that offers V8 power and a ton of ability. But with a sharp-looking presentation inside and out, there's also style behind the substance.
We love the beefy/boxy lines of this generation Chevy truck. This one loves to show them off with a more recent respray of the correct silver. It has a modern clearcoat finish, a nice metallic element, and the kind of depth that gives it a well-done gloss. The black side trim has a good look against this silver while also further showing off the quality of the body. There are even chrome bumpers and upgraded 16-inch alloys for flair. The whole truck looks great, but it's nothing too perfect that will make you nervous about getting down to work. And that's what a pickup like this is for. The lifted 4x4 stance, clean bedliner, and proper trailer hitch with wiring hookup are all about making sure you know this classic still knows how to earn its keep.
The interior burgundy has a tasteful and distinct style. In fact, the seat, door panels, and dash pad all have a quality look like some has made a more recent investment. This also really likes to keep the atmosphere quite vintage. You really see it in the dash. The AM/FM radio is the factory Delco unit, and the heat/defrost control even still shows the factory A/C (components and servicing will be needed to return the function.) And Chevy's dual-spoke steering wheel means a clear view to the full factory gauge package.
Open the hood to see the original numbers-matching 305 cubic-inch V8. It has a clean and factory look, that's almost a bit like a time capsule. And the way this V8 fires up on the first crank and runs strong reaffirms a life of good care thus far. The robust motor is a good pairing with the two-speed 4x4 transfer case and Ironman All Country M/T tires can readily get you out of most trouble. The four-speed manual transmission not only gives you full control over the powerful V8, but also the granny gear in first means it loves the off-road, too. Add in power steering, power brakes, and front discs, and this is a solid any time driver.
Complete with the owner's manual, this is the vintage 4x4 that's also ready for today's world. Don't miss this total package pickup. Call now!

About Chevrolet
Chevrolet aka Chevy, founded in 1911 by Louis Chevrolet and William C. Durant is the best selling and biggest brand by General Motors -mainly due to low pricing.

No wonder Chevy the "working man's car" has become such an iconic part of Americana in films and pop-culture.

When talking about Chevy one must not ignore Chevrolet small-block V8 the world's most produced engine that has been in production since 1955 and still going strong.

Surprisingly, "America's only sports car" Corvette was introduced under Chevrolet brand rather than its own. To us the most memorable Corvette has to be The second generation (C2) Corvette, Sting Ray.

To compete with VW Beatle Chevrolet introduced Corvair a compact automobile built in 1960–1969 It was the only American designed, mass-produced passenger car to feature a rear-mounted air-cooled engine. Corvair handling was deemed notoriously bad mainly due to Ralph Nader's Unsafe at Any Speed. Although, any handling issues were soon solved the reputation did stick.

With Pony / Muscle car mania taking over the Americans, following the introduction of Ford Mustang, Chevrolet came up with one of its most famous models Camaro. During the first year alone they managed to sell 220,906 Camaros.
