Chevrolet Nova 350 CID V8 1970

General description : Now for sale in our Houston Showroom is this 1970 Chevrolet Nova. The Chevy Nova line started in 1966 and was instantly well received by the American public and are all still very desired today. This Nova has been fully restored to its former glory by its current owner. It shows well and would make an excellent driver that you could easily take to your local shows & events. The car runs & drives very nicely. Powering this sweet beast down the road is a newer off the shelf GM 350 CiD V8 that runs very smooth and sounds very healthy. The new motor has less than 59k miles on it since its installation. It is paired to a smooth shifting Turbo350 3-speed automatic transmission that lets this car just cruise with no hassles. We believe the car to have 3.70 gears in the rear that has a 10-bolt diff. It is shown in a nice canary yellow paint job that looks great & the white racing stripes really put a nice touch on it. The exterior trim, emblems, lenses, & glass are all in very nice condition. The body gaps are even and the doors open & close with ease. It sits on some nice 15-inch aluminum hot rod wheels that are wrapped in newer tires with plenty of life in them. Looking towards the interior you will find a nice new black vinyl set up with seats that are comfortable and free from any rips or tears. The remainder of the interior follows in quality as the dash, door panels, & headliner are good to go. There is a small custom center console that houses a tachometer, a couple of switches, a nice B&M shifter, & some gauges to keep an eye on engine performance. A nice CD player with AM/FM with an AUX input & some speakers throughout the cab provide a nice setup for jamming your favorite tunes while cruising to your next car meet. The engine bay & trunk are also very clean and free from rust. Options on this car include; power brakes, CD player, anti-theft alarm, keyless entry, seat belts, leather interior, kill switch, a new radiator, new starter, new battery, & more. About Chevrolet Nova
The Chevy Nova is a compact car that was produced by Chevrolet from 1962 to 1979, and again from 1985 to 1988. While it was not initially marketed as a muscle car, it was offered with a range of powerful engines that made it a popular choice among enthusiasts.

In particular, the Nova SS (Super Sport) was a high-performance version of the car that was equipped with a range of performance upgrades, including larger engines, heavy-duty suspension, and upgraded brakes. The most notable engine options included the 327 cubic inch V8 and the 396 cubic inch V8, both of which produced impressive horsepower figures.

The Nova SS was a popular choice for drag racing, and it became a symbol of the burgeoning muscle car scene in the 1960s. It was known for its simple and lightweight design, which made it a popular choice among racers looking to modify and tune their cars for maximum performance.

Today, the Chevy Nova is still a popular classic car, with enthusiasts drawn to its simple and stylish design, as well as its impressive performance capabilities. While it may not be as well-known as some of the more iconic muscle cars from the era, the Nova remains a significant part of American automotive history and a beloved classic among collectors and enthusiasts.
