Chevrolet Nova 350 CID V8 LS1 1963

General description : For sale in the Nashville Showroom is a 1963 Chevrolet Nova or Chevy II or little deuce coupe depending on where you grew up. This ’63 Chevy II for sale has the best of the old and the new working together to make something very special. A quick look and you would be certain that this is one clean, well painted sharp looking little deuce coupe but you would be somewhat wrong. The longer you look the more you will notice the latest technology. The big give away is the Dakota® digital dash and the 6-speed knob parked on top of the manual shift lever. Now once the hood is open all bets are off as the LS1 gleams and looks nothing like the little Chevy small block that would have been perched here. With less than 3,000 miles since Grimes twister engines performed their surgery on this LS1 giving it the rumble and stumble that makes me want to make it my ring tone. This LS is cranking out 451 Horses at the fly wheel, slightly more than the factory put under the hood in 1963 and by slightly, I mean about twice. Backing the LS1 is the Tremec® 6 speed manual transmission giving you total control of the RPM’s so you can explain to the Civic driver just what muscle is and then cruise down the highway at 70MPh getting about 25MPG’s. Once again, the best of old and new. There is so much more to tell you about this incredible 1963 Chevy II for sale so give us a call. Options for this 1963 Chevrolet Deuce for sale include AM/FM CD player, Power steering and Brakes, Tilt steering wheel, Anti-theft system, Racing wheels, Posi traction, and aluminum alloy wheels. About Chevrolet Nova
The Chevy Nova is a compact car that was produced by Chevrolet from 1962 to 1979, and again from 1985 to 1988. While it was not initially marketed as a muscle car, it was offered with a range of powerful engines that made it a popular choice among enthusiasts.

In particular, the Nova SS (Super Sport) was a high-performance version of the car that was equipped with a range of performance upgrades, including larger engines, heavy-duty suspension, and upgraded brakes. The most notable engine options included the 327 cubic inch V8 and the 396 cubic inch V8, both of which produced impressive horsepower figures.

The Nova SS was a popular choice for drag racing, and it became a symbol of the burgeoning muscle car scene in the 1960s. It was known for its simple and lightweight design, which made it a popular choice among racers looking to modify and tune their cars for maximum performance.

Today, the Chevy Nova is still a popular classic car, with enthusiasts drawn to its simple and stylish design, as well as its impressive performance capabilities. While it may not be as well-known as some of the more iconic muscle cars from the era, the Nova remains a significant part of American automotive history and a beloved classic among collectors and enthusiasts.
