Description : Gateway Classic Cars is excited to offer this eye catching 1937 Chevrolet TK Pickup. This truck has been in the same family for the last 40 years! Finally, it is available for another to enjoy and make memories. This truck turns heads and stands out in a crowd. Powering this ‘37 is a rebuilt 350 small block V8 engine and mated to a turbo 400 automatic transmission. When looking under the hood or through the open side panels, you will instantly notice the chrome Edelbrock valve covers, long tube headers, modern 134a AC compressor, Weber Carburetor, and even Chevrolet “Heartbeat of America" covers. What really draws this truck in is the outstanding style of the exterior. Painted in a two toned pink and dark blue theme, this truck doesn't disappoint. The shaved door handles and custom pin striping with a touch of light blue, gray, and a different pink shade really gives this truck a show appearance. The light brown and chrome bed flows with the paint well. Notable chrome accents on this trucks exterior would be the whole “Heartbeat of America" tailgate, bumpers, side exhaust, and 14 inch Superior wheels with white letter tires. When popping the doors open with the hidden buttons and jumping into the cloth bucket seats of this truck, you feel comfortable and ready to go! The cab was kept simplistic but functional. The GT woodgrain steering wheel is tilt and adjustable, there is a 2nd door release in between the bucket seats, and the under-dash venting system keeps you cool while driving. If you are looking for something to take to shows or simply want a cool Sunday cruiser, this is the truck for you!

About Chevrolet
Chevrolet aka Chevy, founded in 1911 by Louis Chevrolet and William C. Durant is the best selling and biggest brand by General Motors -mainly due to low pricing.

No wonder Chevy the "working man's car" has become such an iconic part of Americana in films and pop-culture.

When talking about Chevy one must not ignore Chevrolet small-block V8 the world's most produced engine that has been in production since 1955 and still going strong.

Surprisingly, "America's only sports car" Corvette was introduced under Chevrolet brand rather than its own. To us the most memorable Corvette has to be The second generation (C2) Corvette, Sting Ray.

To compete with VW Beatle Chevrolet introduced Corvair a compact automobile built in 1960–1969 It was the only American designed, mass-produced passenger car to feature a rear-mounted air-cooled engine. Corvair handling was deemed notoriously bad mainly due to Ralph Nader's Unsafe at Any Speed. Although, any handling issues were soon solved the reputation did stick.

With Pony / Muscle car mania taking over the Americans, following the introduction of Ford Mustang, Chevrolet came up with one of its most famous models Camaro. During the first year alone they managed to sell 220,906 Camaros.
