Description : Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to present this 1967 Chevrolet C10 short bed. The 1960's brought revolutionary change to Chevy C10 and GMC light-duty trucks, and by 1967 the second phase in the series of Chevy C10 and GMC trucks arrived with a classic Harry Bradley design that has never faded from popularity. The small-window cab for 1967 Chevy C10 trucks was a pet feature of Harry Bradley, and he wanted the small-window cab to give the driver and passenger the feel of riding in a hot coupe-something like a 1932 Ford three-window coupe. For 1967 Chevy C10 trucks and GMC trucks the "big-window" option was called the Panoramic rear window and was available at no additional cost. Interestingly in today's classic truck market, the 1967 Chevy C10 trucks with a small-window cab are more in demand than 1967 Chevy C10 trucks with a Panoramic rear window. This "small-window", short bed C10 is finished in blue and white with over black upholstery and powered by a replacement 350 CID V8 paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission. The interior features a body-colored dashboard as well as a bench seat upholstered in black with blue accents. Interior amenities include power steering, a Vintage Air A/C system, AM/FM radio and seatbelts. The aftermarket leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a 100-mph speedometer, a tachometer and auxiliary gauges that include fuel level, battery voltage, water temperature, oil and vacuum pressure. The original factory inline-six was replaced with a 350 CID V8 (reportedly overhauled under previous ownership) and features several polished pieces such as the brake booster, power steering pump, A/C compressor, and Edelbrock intake. This motor also has upgrades such as Hedman long tube headers with Flowmaster mufflers and dual exhaust tips. Additional equipment includes 20" polished aluminum wheels wrapped in radial tires, front disc brakes, power steering, a wood-lined bed along with chrome front and rear bumpers, bright side trim, dual side-view mirrors and red bow tie badges.

About Chevrolet
Chevrolet aka Chevy, founded in 1911 by Louis Chevrolet and William C. Durant is the best selling and biggest brand by General Motors -mainly due to low pricing.

No wonder Chevy the "working man's car" has become such an iconic part of Americana in films and pop-culture.

When talking about Chevy one must not ignore Chevrolet small-block V8 the world's most produced engine that has been in production since 1955 and still going strong.

Surprisingly, "America's only sports car" Corvette was introduced under Chevrolet brand rather than its own. To us the most memorable Corvette has to be The second generation (C2) Corvette, Sting Ray.

To compete with VW Beatle Chevrolet introduced Corvair a compact automobile built in 1960–1969 It was the only American designed, mass-produced passenger car to feature a rear-mounted air-cooled engine. Corvair handling was deemed notoriously bad mainly due to Ralph Nader's Unsafe at Any Speed. Although, any handling issues were soon solved the reputation did stick.

With Pony / Muscle car mania taking over the Americans, following the introduction of Ford Mustang, Chevrolet came up with one of its most famous models Camaro. During the first year alone they managed to sell 220,906 Camaros.
