Chevrolet Silverado 350 V8 1990

General description : CUSTOM DUALLY W/ FANTASTIC PAINT & INTERIOR, 24" ALCOA WHEELS, RIDES REAL SMOOTH

Should you decide to use this 1990 Chevrolet 3500 dually to haul your show car, be prepared for the truck to steal the spotlight. Tastefully modified and ready to cruise cross-country, it's a full-sized way to get all the attention without having to resort to some wimpy muscle car.
The extended cab 3500 dually is arguably the best-proportioned of Chevy's big trucks, massive, yes, but not as gargantuan as a club cab 4-door and every bit as practical. A few years ago, this one was given a comprehensive makeover that started with that stunning burgundy paint that looks like a million bucks. You'll also note subtle modifications like the shaved door handles with remote door poppers, a rear roll pan, smoked lenses in all the lights, and a smooth billet grille up front. We love the way the whole truck keeps its Chevy identity but looks clean, smooth, and elegant in every way, and the stance is just about perfect. The paint remains in very good condition, good enough to steal the show just about anywhere it goes, and we shudder to think about the cost involved with painting all that sheetmetal. There's also a hard-shell tonneau cover for the bed, which is fully lined in gray carpet, effectively becoming a large, weather-tight and secure trunk for all your gear.
The tan leather interior has also received quite a bit of upgrades along the way. The supportive power bucket seats are from a late-model and really are great for all-day hauls across the country, and there's a custom center console with a full Kenwood entertainment system, which also features Rockford Fosgate amplifier, subwoofer, and speakers. Much of the interior has been painted to match the bodywork or the tan leather upholstery, giving it a very cohesive and custom look that's OEM but better. The billet steering wheel is wrapped in matching leather and sits on the stock tilt column, which has also been painted burgundy. Other options include A/C, cruise control, power windows and locks, so it really is a no-compromises hauler. This truck is strictly a 2-seater, however, thanks to the massive stereo system behind the seats, but that won't matter as you're picking up your trophies. And it's all in outstanding condition with very few signs of use.
There's a 350 cubic inch V8 under the hood, so while this truck is massive, fuel economy isn't dreadful and it's got plenty of muscle to move the hardware. It's quite stock save for a set of long-tube headers to bolster torque production, and that means bulletproof reliability and easy cruising without worries. The engine bay is very clean but not over-dressed, so you can easily see the expert maintenance it's received over the years. There's a stout TH400 3-speed automatic transmission that doesn't mind any sized load and the custom Flowmaster exhaust system uses two mufflers in sequence to give it a cool soundtrack. The undercarriage is original but it obviously shows signs of living in a warm climate and no issues for a new owner. It's obviously been lowered and looks awesome, especially with those giant 24-inch Alcoa aluminum wheels and huge 295/35/24 tires that actually ride well.
A big time hauler that generates more attention than anything else on six wheels. Call today!

About Chevrolet
Chevrolet aka Chevy, founded in 1911 by Louis Chevrolet and William C. Durant is the best selling and biggest brand by General Motors -mainly due to low pricing.

No wonder Chevy the "working man's car" has become such an iconic part of Americana in films and pop-culture.

When talking about Chevy one must not ignore Chevrolet small-block V8 the world's most produced engine that has been in production since 1955 and still going strong.

Surprisingly, "America's only sports car" Corvette was introduced under Chevrolet brand rather than its own. To us the most memorable Corvette has to be The second generation (C2) Corvette, Sting Ray.

To compete with VW Beatle Chevrolet introduced Corvair a compact automobile built in 1960–1969 It was the only American designed, mass-produced passenger car to feature a rear-mounted air-cooled engine. Corvair handling was deemed notoriously bad mainly due to Ralph Nader's Unsafe at Any Speed. Although, any handling issues were soon solved the reputation did stick.

With Pony / Muscle car mania taking over the Americans, following the introduction of Ford Mustang, Chevrolet came up with one of its most famous models Camaro. During the first year alone they managed to sell 220,906 Camaros.
