Ford 3-Window Coupe 350 V8 1932

General description : 1932 Ford Custom Coupe Hiboys and Roadsters are cool but there is something about the look of a full fendered 32 Ford that always grabs your eye.  Being done in a California Street Rod style this beautiful 32 Ford has an appearance you just can't beat.  It was all professionally built and has 6,140 miles since being completed.  The Outlaw body has a slight chop and is coated in a Pearl Silver that looks great gracing the curved bodylines.  You don't see a lot of 32's done in this color which really makes this one stand out.  Blue and cream 2 tone pinstriping run the length of the car with some freestyle work on the rear deck lid.  The metal hood has been louvered giving a nice accent to the tall louvered side panels.  Suicide doors are in place with original style polished door handles on the exterior.  Little features like the V8 headlight bar add some of the original style nostalgic components to the custom body creating a great style.  Swan neck mirrors are mounted to the tops of each door and are easily adjustable.  All of the windows are in good condition and have a dark tint that accents the Silver paint nicely.  The car has a great stance and rides on Weld style alloy wheels which are wrapped with BF Goodrich Radial tires.  The car is powered by a 350 V8 motor that runs very well.  It has been dressed up with Edelbrock components that combine Black with polish work in a great way.  An aftermarket electric fan and shroud was added to keep the motor running cool at all times.  Power is then transferred through the brand new Turbo 350 transmission back to the Ford 8.8 inch rear end.  A 4 bar link suspension is found in the rear with coil over gas shocks and a Super Bell dropped axle up front.  It also has disc brakes up front and all are power assisted.    The interior of the car was nicely finished out in a very nice Beige ultra leather that feels just as nice as it looks.  The bench seat is very comfortable and adjustable.  We have had multiple comments about how roomy it is for a 32 Coupe.  The dash is also covered in ultra leather and is kept clean of everything but the white face Dolphin gauges and billet bezel.  Components like the ignition and power window controls are hidden under the dash.  An underdash Vintage AC unit was added and operates well.  The tall shifter gives it a nice old school touch and is fitted with a custom Skull shifter knob.  Custom carpeting, a polished tilt steering column, billet flame wheel and billet pedals round out the high quality parts utilizes in the interior.  The trunk of the car is nicely finished out with carpeting and houses the battery.  The deck lid is power assisted and easily opened via a switch behind the bench seat.    As you can see this is a very cool classic 32 with a lot of style.  You can't find many of these cars up for sale for such and inexpensive price so come check it out while it is still available! Get this street rod for the very reasonable price of $34,900.00!

About Ford
Ford, founded in 1902, has arguably changed the history of automotive world more than any other car manufacturer by introducing the first people's car Model T in 1908. They had produced more than 15 million cars by the end of the production in 1927, by which T had become obsolete.

Ford launched the first low priced V8 engine powered car in 1932. 1932 V8 was an instant hit with superior handling and performance to many far more expansive cars of the day. No wonder 32 V8 Ford has become such a favourite among hot rodders around the world with 32 Deuce coupe as their icon.

During the war Ford completely shut down civilian vehicle production to dedicate all its resources to the Allied war efforts (1942-45) They used to build B-24 bombers, aircraft engines, jeeps, M-4 tanks, military trucks and Bren-gun carriers and more than 30,000 super-charged Rolls Royce Merlin V-12 engines for Mosquito and Lancaster bombers as well as P-51 Mustang fighters. After the war Ford cars in the USA got bigger and flashier along with their competitors. In the 60's Ford was back in the forefront again when introducing their commercial hit Mustang in 1964. Mustang was so popular the competition had to follow Ford's example and the ponycar phenomenon took over the US. Over the years the ponies grew some muscles until the oil crisis kill finally killed them off.

In the sixties Ford rushed into international motor sports scene with a fury. After unsuccessful Ferrari takeover, when Enzo Ferrari had cut the deal off with Henry Ford II making the latter absolutely boil with fury, Ford turned to Lola in UK to produce a Ferrari beating long distance racer after. The collaboration between Ford and Lola created the mighty Ford GT40 that absolutely beat Ferrari in Le Mans 24 numerous times.

In Europe, Ford introduced some of the most epic race and rally cars of the 60's based on humble family sedans; Cortina GT, Lotus Cortina, Escort Twin Cam, and Escort 1600RS with the iconic Cosworth BDA engines.

Today classic Fords are extremely popular with enthusiasts and a great selection of classic Fords can be found for sale at www.ClassicDigest.com
