Here we have a 1993 Ford Mustang LX Convertible for sale. The fox body style Mustangs are continuing to grow in popularity across the collector market. This is a great opportunity to be a nice convertible 5.0 Mustang that's turnkey and ready to cruise. The body on this 5.0 is very nice from front to back. All the panels have a great fit and the body lines come together great. The gaps are even with both doors, the hood, and the trunk having a nice fit. It's covered in the White paint that has was redone in Base Coat Clear Coat and has been polished to a beautiful finish. The white is accented by the Black convertible top that is power and goes up and down with ease. It also has the red boot for when the top is down. All the glass in this '93 is in very nice condition as well along with the seals and weather stripping. Both the front and rear bumpers are in great shape and we can see that all new headlights have been installed. To finish off the stance it's sitting on the 17” 4 lug five spoke cobra wheels that are done in white.
Next, we will look at the interior of this Mustang. On the inside it's done in the red color combo that provides a stunning compliment to the exterior white. Most of the interior looks to be original and is very nice condition. It features the Power Windows that all go up and down with a great fit along with Power Door Locks. This '93 comes with the bucket seats up front that are done in the cloth and vinyl combo that match the rear bench seat. It also has the center console which houses the 5 Speed shifter. Looking at the dash we can see that it's in very nice condition and features the factory gauges and steering wheel. The carpet is nice as well and inside the trunk we can see that the jams and pans all look to be solid.
Finally, we will get to the driveline of this Ford. Under the hood it's powered by the 5.0L V8 Engine that's set up with the correct intake and the shorty headers. The engine bay looks to be all solid as well and has been very well cared for over the years. The V8 is mated to the 5 Speed Transmission and stock style rear end. It comes with Power Steering and Power Brakes that feature Disc up front and Drums out back. When we look under it you can see that the floor pans and frame are all solid and in great condition. All the fuel and brake lines look good along with the bushings. On the highway this '93 is a blast to drive as the 5.0L V8 performs excellent. The transmission shifts out smooth and the clutch has plenty of life left. Don't miss out on this great turnkey and cruise Mustang!

About Ford
Ford, founded in 1902, has arguably changed the history of automotive world more than any other car manufacturer by introducing the first people's car Model T in 1908. They had produced more than 15 million cars by the end of the production in 1927, by which T had become obsolete.

After the war Ford cars in the USA got bigger and flashier along with their competitors. In the 60's Ford was back in the forefront again when introducing their commercial hit Mustang in 1964. Mustang was so popular the competition had to follow Ford's example and the ponycar phenomenon took over the US. Over the years the ponies grew some muscles until the oil crisis kill finally killed them off.

In the sixties Ford rushed into international motor sports scene with a fury. After unsuccessful Ferrari takeover, when Enzo Ferrari had cut the deal off with Henry Ford II making the latter absolutely boil with fury, Ford turned to Lola in UK to produce a Ferrari beating long distance racer after. The collaboration between Ford and Lola created the mighty Ford GT40 that absolutely beat Ferrari in Le Mans 24 numerous times.

In Europe, Ford introduced some of the most epic race and rally cars of the 60's based on humble family sedans; Cortina GT, Lotus Cortina, Escort Twin Cam, and Escort 1600RS with the iconic Cosworth BDA engines.
