Ford Roadster 354 V8 HEMI 1927

General description : You Bet It's Got A HEMI!

Just Toys Classic Cars is your Roadster Headquarters. We are proud to present this 1927 Ford T Bucket. This car is about as new as they come with low miles, sweet yellow paint, and so much chrome you will need shades to look at it in your garage. If this car does not get your heart going a little bit at least then you probably need to go get your pulse checked. This is what hot rodders did back in the day. Take an old Ford, beef up the suspension, and throw the biggest, and fastest motor they could stuff between the frame rails and go have an awesome time. This car is built very well and is just begging to be in your garage today.
Now, the interior of these cars is always very simple. Not a whole lot of frills here. You just step up on the side step and get yourself in to that bench seat and get ready to have the drive of your life. There are plenty of gauges to tall you everything that is going on with your sweet ride, and that is it.
The most important part of this ride, is the motor and suspension. Let's start with what is between the frame rails. YES IT HAS A HEMI!!! This is a 331 Hemi that has been punched out to a 354. There are a nice set of dual quads on top of this awesome motor to give you all of the power that you could want in this baby. All of this power is mated to a Ford Top Loader 4 speed. As you will see in the pics, the case has been polished for a cool look under this sweet ride. All of this gets transferred to a dual coil over Jag style rear end with disc brakes. So all of this go has plenty of whoa to go with it.
So, make sure that baby is in neutral and hit that key to listen to this HEMI come to life. This has a full length exhaust, but if you really wanted to you could un cork the headers and really wake the neighbors. So slide that tranny in to first and get ready to have the drive of your life. The hardest part about this car is trying to wipe the ear to ear grin off your face when you get done driving it, and then trying to figure out when you can drive it again.
We offer classic car financing for those that would like to take advantage of the option. They offer great rates and terms with as little as 10% down and no prepayment penalties. This way you don't have to take all of your cash out of the bank at once and you can pay it off when you want to. We look forward to speaking with you soon, and we look forward to making you the newest member of the Just Toys Classic Cars family.

About Ford
Ford, founded in 1902, has arguably changed the history of automotive world more than any other car manufacturer by introducing the first people's car Model T in 1908. They had produced more than 15 million cars by the end of the production in 1927, by which T had become obsolete.

Ford launched the first low priced V8 engine powered car in 1932. 1932 V8 was an instant hit with superior handling and performance to many far more expansive cars of the day. No wonder 32 V8 Ford has become such a favourite among hot rodders around the world with 32 Deuce coupe as their icon.

During the war Ford completely shut down civilian vehicle production to dedicate all its resources to the Allied war efforts (1942-45) They used to build B-24 bombers, aircraft engines, jeeps, M-4 tanks, military trucks and Bren-gun carriers and more than 30,000 super-charged Rolls Royce Merlin V-12 engines for Mosquito and Lancaster bombers as well as P-51 Mustang fighters. After the war Ford cars in the USA got bigger and flashier along with their competitors. In the 60's Ford was back in the forefront again when introducing their commercial hit Mustang in 1964. Mustang was so popular the competition had to follow Ford's example and the ponycar phenomenon took over the US. Over the years the ponies grew some muscles until the oil crisis kill finally killed them off.

In the sixties Ford rushed into international motor sports scene with a fury. After unsuccessful Ferrari takeover, when Enzo Ferrari had cut the deal off with Henry Ford II making the latter absolutely boil with fury, Ford turned to Lola in UK to produce a Ferrari beating long distance racer after. The collaboration between Ford and Lola created the mighty Ford GT40 that absolutely beat Ferrari in Le Mans 24 numerous times.

In Europe, Ford introduced some of the most epic race and rally cars of the 60's based on humble family sedans; Cortina GT, Lotus Cortina, Escort Twin Cam, and Escort 1600RS with the iconic Cosworth BDA engines.

Today classic Fords are extremely popular with enthusiasts and a great selection of classic Fords can be found for sale at www.ClassicDigest.com
