These cars were the class of the field back in the day and they still command a lot of respect when you see them on the road today. This one is as original and well maintained as they come. The red paint looks awesome. It has a rock chip or two here and there, but again, we are talking about an original 21 year old car that has seen some road. This is one of those cars that you just get in and drive and enjoy.
As you will see in the pics, the interior is in great shape for the age of the car and is all original. It has been very well maintained and you will not see any rips or tears in them. The wood is also in great shape in this car. This is one of the things that on most European cars starts to crack and fade as years go on, but this fine example here shows you how things look when you take care of them. The cloth power top is in great shape as well on this car and has the rear window defroster in it also.
Under the hood sits the 4.0 Liter inline 6 cylinder that just purrs like a kitten when you fire it up. We have a book of receipts for this car as well. It has been maintained by a well known shop that only works on Jaguars. This original motor is mated to the original transmission and independent rear end as well. These cars would ride very well with the dual coil over shock rear end in them. These cars are an extreme joy to drive.

About Jaguar XJS
The Jaguar XJS is a grand tourer produced by Jaguar from 1975 to 1996.
