Description : Gateway Classic Cars of Detroit is thrilled to present this 1958 Morgan Plus 4 for sale. Plus 4 production ran from 1950 to 1969. It was revived in 1985 and filled the gap between the 4/4 and the Plus8 until 2000.It was again produced from 2005 until replaced in 2020 by the “all new" Plus Four. The 1958 Plus 4 had another rear-end redesign that included a more steeply raked tail and narrower fenders. Four-seaters got more comfortable with two-inch wider, adjustable front sears.
This 1958 Morgan Plus 4 has been owned by the same family for 21 years. Brought over to the U.S for a full frame up restoration started by experienced Morgan restorer in ID then finished by a professional Vintage Restoration company in New York. Powering this Classic Roadster is a 1991 CC, 4-Cyliner TR3 engine. It was found to have a top speed of 100.3 mph and could accelerate from 0-60 mph in 9.7 seconds. Paired to its original 4-Speed Manual transmission, this sleek looking ride can get you anywhere with the quickness.
The exterior of the Morgan is done in an attention-grabbing Deep Blue, complemented nicely by the Black leather interior.
