Sensational 1971 Plymouth Cuda Convertible
The next amazing classic up for grabs in our Fairfield showroom is this breathtaking 1971 Plymouth Cuda 2 Door Convertible with Tor Red (Hemi Orange) exterior paint and an immaculate white leather interior.  This example is unquestionably the most pristine example we’ve ever come across and it’s also highly optioned with a 383 cid V-8 engine, an automatic transmission, air conditioning, power front disc brakes, power steering, power windows and a power convertible top.
This 1971 Plymouth Cuda Roadster is absolutely immaculate throughout after an outstanding, multi-year rotisserie restoration and the current owner has extensive documentation proving its authenticity.
Complete Rotisserie Restoration to Concours Levels
The current owner of this 1971 Plymouth Cuda Convertible took possession back in 2017 shortly after this spectacular muscle car underwent an extensive, rotisserie restoration that renewed virtually every nut, bolt and accessory on this vehicle.  He informs us that the entire process was well documented, and he also has extensive service records, receipts and other documentation to prove this classic’s true lifetime authenticity.  It has been driven a total of 3,000 miles since this time and still resembles a brand-new example in person- the quality to detail is clearly on another level.
Under the hood of this 1971 Plymouth Cuda 2 Door Convertible shows a complete factory correct setup from the drivetrain to accessories and the immaculate Tor Red firewall.  We’ve used the word “immaculate” a few times already because there’s simply no other way to describe the condition of the engine bay; if it were still 1971, this could easily pass for a brand new, highly optioned vehicle on the showroom floor.  The drive quality is also exceptional with impressive acceleration, handling and stopping power.  This example is someone’s true dream muscle car and it will likely exceed their expectations in quality.
Extensive Lifetime Documentation Proving Authenticity
The exterior of this 1971 Plymouth Cuda Convertible is simply tremendous with perfect alignment to the body, sensational chrome/bright work and like-new trim all the way around.  The exterior paint is factory correct in color and we did not spot a single blemish or imperfection after a thorough inspection.  Even the wheels and BF Goodrich tires are new in appearance and correct for the era.  Likewise, the underbody of this classic muscle car aligns with the rest of the vehicle- it’s simply immaculate and one of the most complete restorations we’ve ever seen.
Meanwhile, the interior of this ultra-rare 1971 Plymouth Cuda Convertible appears to be virtually 100% factory correct down to the smallest of details.  The white leather interior is new in appearance and it makes a tremendous statement as a contrast to the orange exterior.  The instrument cluster and surrounding paneling also appears without blemish with everything working properly, down to the factory air, the radio and the convertible top.  The door panels, carpeting, steering wheel, floor shifter and center console are all above and beyond the most pristine examples we’ve seen across the country in recent years- this muscle car absolutely must be seen in person to truly appreciate.
Perhaps the Most Outstanding Example Nationwide
Overall, this outstanding 1971 Plymouth Cuda Convertible is possibly the most pristine original example nationwide and it checks every possible box for what a discerning collector looks for in an investment-grade example.  The current owner will happily share documentation with any serious inquiries and we simply cannot say enough about this incredibly rare example.  It is truly the closest thing we’ve seen to perfection in many, many years in this industry.
