Plymouth Valiant 340 CID V8 1966

General description : Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to present this super cool 1966 Plymouth Valiant. The Valiant was well known for its excellent durability, and reliability. The car also topped the charts for Chrysler as one of their best-selling automobiles during the 60s and 70s. This Valiant is powered by a strong running 340 CID V8 that has been bored .060 over and runs through the powerband with ease. It has been paired to a 3-speed automatic transmission, and features a new front-end kit, new brakes with discs on the front, and adjustable rocker arms. This car is great for a weekend cruise and can if lay the rubber down through the 8 ¾ Rear end if your wanting to go a little on the wild side. Walking around the car you will find it is in good condition with a subtle red paint. The chrome trim is in good condition with no major pitting as well. The keep a uniform color scheme the wheels are coated in a matching red with chrome hub caps. You may even notice the floor pans were replaced at some point to ensure a solid foundation beneath your feet. Looking inward you are welcomed with matching red interior as it seems to be the color of the day for this car. Keep it original not much was done on the inside, so it truly takes you back to the 60s and 70s. With was appears to be the original gauge cluster, and stereo this car remains in good condition with that classic look.
