The latter was not just ad copy, either, as Pontiac pushed its wheels further out toward the fenders than anyone else and created what were considered to be the best-cornering full-size cars in the industry. This exquisite example has gone through an extensive frame off restoration that was completed in 2000. The current owner has only put roughly 6,000 miles on the car since the restoration. This 1960 Pontiac Bonneville Convertible is powered by its original, rebuilt 389 CID Tri-Power V8 engine and is backed by a 4-speed Hydra-Matic automatic transmission.
