Es wurde von 1971 bis zum Jahre 1987 gebaut. Die Corniche wurde beim britischen Karosseriespezialisten Fa. Mulliner Park Ward in viel Handarbeit hergestellt. Ausgestattet mit einer 3-Gang Automatik, Scheibenbremsen vorne und hinten innenbelüftet, Klimaanlage, einer wundervollen Connolly Lederaustattung, aufwendig verarbeiteten Hölzern in den Türen und Armaturenbrett, sowie viel Chrom und der wohl berühmtesten Kühlerfigur "Spirit of Ectasy" oder auch Emily genannt, versprüht dieser Rolly Royce das "Noblesse Oblige" würdevoll bis zum heutigen Tage. Preiswert war dieser Rolls Royce wirklich nicht und so verwundert es kaum, daß nur wenige der wirklich Reichen, Wichtigen und Schönen eins von den insgesamt 3239 gebauten Traumcabriolets aus dem Hause Rolls Royce geordert hatten. Bis heute ist diese Corniche ein Statement.Geschichte des angebotenen FahrzeugesBei dieser Rolls Royce Corniche handelt um die erste Serie, die an den Chromstoßstangen und der schöneren Instrumentierung zu erkennen ist. Werksmäßig wurde es als Linkslenker original ausgeliefert, vermutlich in die USA. Bis 1990 verliert sich ihre Spur, dann wurde diese Corniche zum ersten Mal in Schweden angemeldet. Vom 2ten und letzten schwedischen Besitzer haben wir dieses Cabriolet kaufen dürfen. Der Meilentacho steht bei etwas mehr als 22.000 Meilen. Die Innenausstattung und das Leder sind neuwertig und mit an Sicherheit grenzender Wahrscheinlichkeit, sogar noch die original Ausstattung. Holz, Teppich, Motor, Fahrwerk, Verdeck, alles fast perfekt und sehr gepflegt. Nur das Lackbild gilt es zu verbesseren, was wir nun auch umsetzen werden, daher noch die wenigen Photos. Auf der Beifahrerseite gilt es einen Garagenrempler und kleinere Steinschläge zu beseitigen. Danach dürfen wir einen ganz leicht patinierten, weitgehend sehr originale Corniche dem neuen Besitzer übergeben. Die Farbkombination ist sehr edel und elegant. Ein fantastisches sehr stilvolles viersitziges Cabriolet, perfekt für unvergessliche Ausflüge in sonnige Gefilde.AllgemeinDen Zwischenverkauf behalten wir uns vor.
