Wer sich eigentlich sicher ist, dass er schon alles hat oder einmal hatte und zusätzlich eine gewisse Affinität zu klassischen Automobilen aufweist, den muss ich hiermit eines Besseren belehren. Ja, es geht um ein Automobil, ein altes Automobil, ein Automobil von einer weltberühmten Marke, die noch niemals billige oder günstige Fahrzeuge hergestellt hat. Früher nicht und auch heute nicht. Der Name Rolls-Royce spricht deshalb für sich. Und das hier angebotene Fahrzeug ist ein Rolls-Royce ! Aber nicht nur irgendeiner ! Dieses automobile Einzelstück ist entweder das Endprodukt eines völlig dekadenten Rolls-Royce Liebhabers, der seinen Wagen genauso überschwänglich mit geschliffenen Swarowski Steinen geschmückt hat wie seine Gattin, die er von oben bis unten mit allem, was Brilliantschmuck hergibt "behangen hat". Oder aber dieser Rolls-Royce ist die reale Stilstudie eines Automobil-Designers, der ungeachtet jeder kaufmännischen Verhältnismäßigkeit mit geschliffenen Swarowski-Schmuck-Steinen eine automobile Skulptur geschaffen hat, die jenseits aller Sehgewohnheiten mit allen Regeln bricht und durch ihre fundamentale Größe und Erhabenheit eine neue Dimension eines Schmuckstückes definiert. Ähnliches mag wohl auch der indische Großmogul Shah Jahan im Jahre 1651 mit dem Taj-Mahal im Sinn gehabt haben, als er für seine geliebte sterbende Frau ohne Rücksicht auf Kosten ein monumentales Grabmal aus weissem Marmor hat errichten lassen. Die Symbolträchtigkeit dieses Fahrzeuges ist allenthaben unübersehbar und markiert die Spitze der unbedingten Machbarkeit, was durch Menschenhand erschaffen werden kann und beweist eindrucksvoll, das alles machbar ist. Nichts ist unmöglich ! Jeder einzelne Swarowski-Stein wurde liebevoll und meisterhaft in monatelanger Sysiphus-Arbeit von speziell ausgebildeten Kunsthandwerkern mit der Pinzette positioniert und dauerhaft fixiert, bis die gesamte "kristalline" Oberfläche des riesigen Luxusfahrzeuges komplett und einheitlich perfekt vollendet war. Dagegen war die komplette technische Restaurierung dieses Fahrzeuges eher nur eine einfache aber perfekte handwerkliche Meisterleistung. Beides zuammen ergibt im Endeffekt ein fantastisches Fahrzeug mit einer fantastischen Optik, Haptik und Ausstrahlung. Für Geld kann man sich also sehr wohl fast alles kaufen. In diesem Fall diese einzigartige Auto-Skulptur, die wohl alle anderen automobilen Kunstwerke "in den Schatten stellt !"
