Buick Skylark 350 V8 1969

Allgemeine Beschreibung : 1969 Buick Skylark Convertible The Skylark line from Buick started back in 1953 and continued to be produced for 46 years so you know Buick must have done something right!  This 1969 Buick Skylark Custom Convertible is a factory air car and a really nice driver.  The car is in good shape and has been kept looking original.  The body is solid and coated in a nice Black paint which is fitted with all of its original style chrome and stainless.  The bumpers are nicely chromed and have a great finish.  All of the original lights are in place and all lights are working properly.  Combined with the Black paint is a new Red convertible top which makes for a great color combination.  All of the glass is tinted and free from any damage.  The new top also incorporates a back windshield which is glass vs the plastic you see on some modern cars that yellows from the sun and is easily torn.  New tires were just added to the car and wrap around the 15 inch Rally wheels.  Power comes from a 350 small block V8 motor which starts up smoothly.  The engine compartment has a really nice factory look with everything being painted and nicely finished out.  The motor is fitted with a 4 barrel carburetor, aluminum intake and aftermarket exhaust.  The rest of the drivetrain consists of a Turbo 350 transmission and the stock rear end.  New shocks were just added to the front of the car and it was all evaluated and aligned to insure a nice smooth ride down the road.  The car has a power brake booster and comes to a stop with ease.    The interior matches the top being done in Red and the upholstery work is in great condition.  It has 2 bucket seats up front with headrests and a bench seat in the rear.  The original center console runs between the seats and incorporates some extra storage space.  The dash utilizes all of the original style components including the AM radio and a Red dash pad which is in good shape as well.  This is a cool unique classic that you don't always get the chance to see.  Buicks have a big fanbase so join the club and get a classic Buick of your very own!
