In 1987 the Caprice Classic Brougham models saw only minor styling revisions after the restyling of the previous year. After the minor restyling in 1987, all models came equipped with modern composite headlights and a stand-up hood ornament returned. The Brougham featured all the Brougham amenities, plus a padded vinyl roof and opera lights. This one is the original Burgundy with the vinyl top. The interior has wood-grain applique that was used on the dashboards for all models. This one has red leather upholstery which was also a new available option for Brougham and Brougham LS sedans, which also had a new pillow-style seating design and a folding center armrest in the back seat. It is powered by the numbers’ matching 5.0L V8 and 4-speed automatic transmission. This Classic has a new radiator, a/c compressor and a/c evaporator. This 1987 only has 3 previous owners and was meticulously taken care of.
