Allgemeine Beschreibung : Show-Stopping Nova Restomod Custom 572 Big Block V8 620HP Automatic Coil Overs There are plenty of cars that have great street presence, but this 1970 Chevy Nova goes beyond just presence!
Lead Foot is a great name for this Nova starting off with the 572 Big Block Crate V8 producing 620HP going back to a Turbo 400 automatic transmission mated to a Gear Vendors overdrive unit. All the power is pushed out the back to the 12-bolt rear end with 3.73 gears. To keep that big block cool, an aluminum radiator with electric cooling fans that handle the job.
The exhaust offers a perfect blend of rowdy rumble and outright thunder. Starting with the headers and out the dual exhaust and Magnaflow mufflers with tailpipes that exit out the bottom of each quarter panel. Then push the loud button and hear the tones of the exhaust as it runs out of the electric cutouts.
Hitting the ground are 18' front and 19' rear tires mounted on Schott wheels. Stopping comes from Wildwood hydroboost power brakes with disc on all four corners along with drilled and slotted rotors. Power steering and power brakes help with controlling the power.
The interior offers an array of Autometer gauges, Fusion stereo system and form hugging bucket seats all finished in black leather with suede. The Turbo 400 is shifted by way of a B&M shifter that is painted to match the black accents. Even the trunk interior is finished off to perfection. Enjoy the cold air conditioning while cruising the boulevard in this radical custom.
The exterior paint finished in Lead Foot Gray with back stripes is near perfect. Not only is the exterior done in gray, but the wheel wells and underside are also color matched to the body! Recognize the door handles? They are from Kindig-it Design.
