Allgemeine Beschreibung : 1967 Ford Ranch Wagon This is a 2 owner Texas Grocery getter. Purchased from the original owners estate, this 1967 Ford Ranch Wagon is one cool classic. Back when they were new every kid in town would frown to see their parents roll up in a brand new wagon. 40 years later those same kids are buying them up and turning them into the coolest customs around. These wagons have made a big resurgence in the past few years and have quite the following. Tons of storage space for all your stuff and all your friends! What could be better? This one features a nice chrome front bumper, chrome grill, the dual stacked headlights and a swing out gate with a roll down rear window. It is all original throughout except for a few things that were replaced mechanically. The faded White paint with patina may discourage some but many hot rodders nowadays will love seeing it. You talk to a lot of the guys into rat rods and they are often looking for a car with just the right amount of patina and this ones got it! The floor pans are solid throughout but there are some spots of rust in the rocker panels and wheels wells. Don't let that stop you though because it can still be driven and enjoyed as is! The original 289 powers this long roof family/crew car and is paired with a newly rebuilt Automatic transmission. The car also features power steering, a rebuilt radiator, a new driveshaft, a new Fuel Tank and new fuel lines. The car is a mechanically solid driver and rolls down the road well with all of the lights and gauges working. The interior is all original and the seats aren't in the best of shape so they have been covered with Indian blankets. One of the coolest features the wagones have to offer is the back seat. The back seat lays down for a very long flat interior to haul those long surfboards down to the beach, that band equipment over to the show, or all your grandkids latest toys to the park. I guess it just depends on where you are in life! This is one very cool wagon with a ton of potential. You could drive it as is or bring it back to its former glory. The possibilities are endless! Personally we would probably fix the seats, lower it down a bit and cruise around as is. Take this wagon home for $8,950.00!

Ford startete die erste günstige V8-Motor angetriebenes Auto 1932 1932 V8 war ein sofortiger Erfolg mit hervorragendem Handling und Leistung für viele weit mehr expansive Autos des Tages treffen. Während des Krieges Ford vollständig abgeschaltet zivilen Fahrzeugproduktion um alle Ressourcen für die alliierten Kriegsanstrengungen zu widmen (1942-1945) Sie verwendet werden, um B-24 Bomber, Flugzeugmotoren, Jeeps zu bauen, M-4 Panzer, Militärfahrzeuge und Bren-gun Netzbetreibern und mehr als 30.000 turbogeladene Rolls Royce Merlin V-12-Motoren für Mosquito und Lancaster-Bomber als auch P-51 Mustang Kämpfer. Nach dem Krieg Ford-Fahrzeuge in den USA größer und auffälliger zusammen mit ihren Wettbewerbern. In den 60er Jahren Ford war wieder in der Spitze wieder bei der Einführung ihrer kommerziellen Hit Mustang 1964 Mustang war so populär, die Konkurrenz musste Ford Beispiel zu folgen und die ponycar Phänomen gegenüber den USA übernahm. Im Laufe der Jahre wuchs die Ponys einige Muskeln, bis der Ölkrise zu töten tötete sie schließlich ab.

In den sechziger Jahren stürzte Ford in internationalen Motorsport-Szene mit einer Wut. Nach erfolglosen Ferrari Nahme, als Enzo Ferrari hatte den Deal mit Henry Ford II, daß letzterer vor Wut kochen absolut abgeschnitten, wandte sich Ford zu Lola in Großbritannien zu produzieren einen Ferrari nach dem Spiel gegen Langstreckenfahrer . Die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Ford und Lola erstellt den mächtigen Ford GT40, die absolut zu schlagen Ferrari in Le Mans 24 mehrfach.

In Europa führte Ford einige der epischen Rennen und Rallye-Autos der 60er Jahre auf der Grundlage bescheidenen Familie Limousinen; Cortina GT, Lotus Cortina, Escort Twin Cam und Escort 1600RS mit den ikonischen Cosworth BDA Motoren.
