1967 Pontiac Firebird 400 Tribute The Firebird line from Pontiac spanned many years and was still being built even up until 2002. The premier year was 1967 which makes this very clean 1967 Firebird 400 Tribute just that much more desirable. This classic began its life as a 326 cubic inch Butternut Yellow factory A/C Firebird. The original owner had the car for many years and sold it in the late 90's to the second owner. He built and installed the 400 engine around 2005 and then sold it to the third owner. The third owner completed the paint/body work and painted the car Aqua Marine before selling it to the 4th and current owner in 2006. The current owner finished out the car and beautifully transformed it into a Firebird 400 tribute in almost every way. There are only two features on this car that have not been added which would complete the transformation which are a drivers side traction bar and positraction rear end. Only a true Pontiac enthusiast would be able to detect that this car is not a real deal factory 400. The restoration on the car is approximately 10 years old but it has been extremely well cared for.
