Aquila Grande wing ribs

Aquila Grande

With three Aquilas already sharing the hangar I thought it would be fun to have an Aquila Grande as well. After studying the plans it was obvious all I really needed was just the wing and the tail feather if nitpicking it. With Koverall the standard stab can handle the extra speed for sure.

Very early Bird of Time kit that I will never build. Paragon will be the next to build. As for the Metrick, only time will tell. Trusty old Spektrum dx6i that has served at least six helicopters and plenty of gliders during the last 15 years or so.
