This is #3387 the second 250 GTO ever made. The factory used chassis #3387 for testing and developing the 250 GTO series before it was sold to N.A.R.T. Phil Hill and Olivier Gendebien finished 2nd overall and 1st in class at this very competition Sebri
And yes it's the same #17 Le Mans car. They finished 6th over all and 3rd in its class /24h Le Mans driven by Bob Grossman & George Roberts jr.
#3387 was repainted in red after Le Mans in 1962 with white stripes.
