New to our Pleasanton showroom is this highly impressive tribute of a 1967 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 2 Door Fastback with Candy Apple Red exterior paint, white racing stripes and a matching red/black vinyl interior.  You’ll find a well-built 289 cid V-8 engine under the hood with a 4-speed manual transmission, a Holley double-pumper 4-barrel carburetor, an Edelbrock intake, a MSD ignition, Tri-Y headers, power steering, power brakes and more. With extreme performance and show-stopping curb appeal, this outstanding example belongs inside prestigious a collection.

Excellent GT350 Visual & Performance Upgrades Throughout
The current owner of this Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 Fastback tribute purchased it back in 2015 as possibly the 3rd lifetime owner, and he informs us that it underwent a multi-year restoration effort to restore it to the desirable muscle car seen before you today.  It began its life as a 1967 Mustang 2Plus2 Fastback in Candy Apple Red as a 289-2V with a three speed manual transmission, sport deck rear seats and an AM radio- one of six in that exact configuration. 
As you can see from the photographs, the body of this Shelby GT350 replica has been smoothed to perfection with show quality paint and excellent trim work; everything aligns nicely with the proper badging and emblems down to the finest if details.  The engine compartment received just as much love with genuine Cobra accessories and badging.  It’s also easy to fall for the two-tone red/black custom interior with a custom roll bar, a beautiful Moto-Lita wood steering wheel and an upgraded (hidden) sound system and custom gauges- all while keeping a largely stock appearance.
Additionally, this Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 Fastback offers incredible performance on the open road with solid acceleration and tight cornering.  This example will appeal to a wide variety of collectors since it can be driven and enjoyed immediately, or simply stored as an investment since the desirability for these examples keep rising.  At the current asking price, it’s really hard to go wrong either way.
