While the Mustang had to wait until 1968 for the larger 302 engine, this custom car makes sure you have the right small block upgrade. It's properly presented with aggressive pieces like the ribbed 302 valve covers and Ford racing air grabber. The large receipt file documents plenty of the right investments in this powerhouse, and it has everything from new rocker arms to a four-barrel carburetor. It's a strong-running V8 and the three-speed automatic transmission was rebuilt with a 2500 RPM stall to keep you in an ideal powerband. And while the look of the coupe and the sound of the dual exhaust make this feel like a performance build, there's also much more going on here.
