om GAZ
GAZ (Rus. Горьковский автомобильный завод, ГАЗ, Gorkovski avtomobilnyi zavod), Gorkij bilfabrik startade produktionen i den lilla Gudok Oktjabrja- verkstad, montering Ford AA Lastbilar bil 1929. Snart med Henry Fords underlättande de lyckats bygga själva GAZ fabrik i staden, som döptes Gorkij på poeten Maksim Gorkij.
