General description : ADLER - eine der vielleicht wichtigsten Marken in der deutschen Motorisierungs-Geschichte und heute für viele "unbekannt". Umso mehr freuen wir uns, für diesen seltenen Wagen einen neuen Platz zu finden. Mit einem neuen 2-Liter-Motor präsentiert Adler 1938 dieses Modell als Nachfolger des Adler Trumpf 1,7EV. Wieder ist es das Unternehmen Karmann in Osnabrück, welches das Cabrio herstellt. Bei unserem Wagen handelt es sich um ein originales Schweizer Fahrzeug mit bekannter Geschichte, welches nun fast 40 Jahre in gleichem Besitz war. In all den Jahren hat man sich akribisch um den Wagen gesorgt. Die elegante Karosserie wurde mehrmals überarbeitet und auch der Motor wurde sicher zweimal revidiert. Dies ist kein Wunder, das Fahrzeug ist bereits 85-jährig! Das würde man dem Wagen aber ehrlich gesagt nicht geben. Der Adler fährt sich sehr schön und die Technik ist faszinierend! MFK 8.2021 Veteran! Kulturgut par excellence!
