Alfa Romeo 1750 GTV 1969

General description : 1963 saw the start of the production of probably one of the most entertaining Italian coupes built by Alfa Romeo, the 105/115 series. Our car comes out of Sweden. The GTV was sold to its first owner in 1969 and to its second in 1971, who kept hold of it until 2016 when the third and last owner brought the car over to the Netherlands and had it registered in 2017. The second owner parked the car up in a garage in 1978 and did not use it until the last owner took possession in 2016. Soon after arrival in the Netherlands the original engine was replaced by a fully overhauled and prepped new engine. This engine develops a specialist tuned 132 Ps. The car’s condition was unexpectedly good on arrival with only the door sills and paintwork needing attention. It is no surprise this car drives and handles a treat. The paintwork quality is of the used category without any corrosion. The sports exhaust sounds great and everything is in good working order. The large ‘Wolfrace’ rims add to the car’s sporty credentials. Besides the many invoices the car still has its owner’s manual and, original guarantee booklet and big Alfa Romeo spare parts book.
