Description : Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is proud to present this 1983 Chevrolet C10 Silverado pickup. If you're looking for a show stopper that will garner attention at shows and turn heads out on the road, then keep reading! Many individuals and owners alike do not realize these square-bodied real pickups were actually dubbed the "Rounded Line" by enthusiasts and collectors. New styling features for these third-generation pickups included curved glass, rooflines, bed corners and taillights, which contributed to improved highway fuel mileage. This Chevy, however, is far from stock, with a long list of custom additions that set is apart from everything else on the road. With so many unique features, it is hard to find a place to begin, but one of the more wild parts of the truck is the Mango Tango colored paint. Other modifications to the classic Chevy body lines that compliment the extreme paint job are the custom rear roll pan and chrome front bumper that give the truck a smooth and clean appearance. Up front, the truck sports an aftermarket grille, LED headlights, and beneath the hood sits a rebuilt 350 CID! Added MSD ignition and distributor, valve springs, rocker arms, performance cam, and Edelbrock intake bring this 350ci to life! Take in the sounds from the side-dump exhaust while this Chevy makes all the right noises when you hit the gas pedal. People will definitely hear you before they see you! The truck is still very easy to drive, with an upgraded Baer power brake system, power steering, and a 4-speed automatic transmission. As if the paint wasn't catchy enough, the truck sits on a set of 18 inch front, 20-inch rear AMR wheels wrapped in Nitto tires. Complementing the overall look, the owner has installed a Ridetech coilover front shock/spring and rear composite leafspring suspension set up that gives the truck a killer stance! The dyno-matted interior is just as stunning and luxurious at the exterior, with comfortable black vinyl seats, new carpet, new headliner, Retrosound radio for modern audio and Dakota digital gauges to monitor engine functions. Other options on the truck include: Air Conditioning, AM/FM player, power brakes, power steering, power windows, power locks, seat belts, vinyl interior, and aluminum/alloy wheels. Not to mention the spray-lined bed with black tonneau cover! If you want to be the center of attention in the wildest truck out on the road, call our showroom today to put it in your garage! About Chevrolet
Chevrolet aka Chevy, founded in 1911 by Louis Chevrolet and William C. Durant is the best selling and biggest brand by General Motors -mainly due to low pricing.

No wonder Chevy the "working man's car" has become such an iconic part of Americana in films and pop-culture.

When talking about Chevy one must not ignore Chevrolet small-block V8 the world's most produced engine that has been in production since 1955 and still going strong.

Surprisingly, "America's only sports car" Corvette was introduced under Chevrolet brand rather than its own. To us the most memorable Corvette has to be The second generation (C2) Corvette, Sting Ray.

To compete with VW Beatle Chevrolet introduced Corvair a compact automobile built in 1960–1969 It was the only American designed, mass-produced passenger car to feature a rear-mounted air-cooled engine. Corvair handling was deemed notoriously bad mainly due to Ralph Nader's Unsafe at Any Speed. Although, any handling issues were soon solved the reputation did stick.

With Pony / Muscle car mania taking over the Americans, following the introduction of Ford Mustang, Chevrolet came up with one of its most famous models Camaro. During the first year alone they managed to sell 220,906 Camaros.
