A stunning 1968 C3 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Coupe! Built in St. Louis and sourced by us from California. It is a ‘CA Black Plate’ car that had never left California. It is a pristine and authentic example of its type. 56,452 miles on the clock. The straight bodywork is sublime. The body panels are a perfectly snug fit and all the chrome work is brilliant. The original underbody is solid and rust-free. This early C3 coupe has a T-top and the sought after detachable rear window plus special storage space. This was only a factory fitted option on the ‘68-’72 cars. It also has chrome bumpers, another feature that disappeared after 1972 as well as power steering. It has a ‘Rally Red’ finish with a nice black vinyl trim. The authentic interior has been well looked after. It has a 350 (5.7) engine attached to the manual 4-speed transmission. Mechanically this car is flawless with great driving characteristics. All in all a lovely low-mileage, untouched Corvette C3 coupe!
