Small, light and engineered to accept ALL of Chevy's top gun motors. This 71 Nova follows hot rodding tradition with a modern 4.8l V8 spinning a modern 4L60 automatic transmission as the drive train. All the modern conveniences associated with LS family V8s remains. Such as factory computer control and fuel injection. True 'modern' reliability in a 51-year-old car! The seller of this eye-catching Nova decided to dip this beast in a slick orange with white stripes finish. Inside the theme is matched with orange buckets up front and back bench - with black piping and white inserts. The door cards were customized with matching orange and white inserts too. The dash gauges are new, and all are functional. This Nova starts every time first time, but it drives and shifts great. With plenty of power thanks to 3.73 gears in the rear axle. The underside was brought up to date with front tubular, upper and lower A-arms, coil-over shocks, a 4-link rear suspension and flow master mufflers. The car rides on polished Torque Thrust wheels with BF Goodrich tires all around. This Nova rides, turns, and stops very well. About Chevrolet Nova
The Chevy Nova is a compact car that was produced by Chevrolet from 1962 to 1979, and again from 1985 to 1988. While it was not initially marketed as a muscle car, it was offered with a range of powerful engines that made it a popular choice among enthusiasts.

In particular, the Nova SS (Super Sport) was a high-performance version of the car that was equipped with a range of performance upgrades, including larger engines, heavy-duty suspension, and upgraded brakes. The most notable engine options included the 327 cubic inch V8 and the 396 cubic inch V8, both of which produced impressive horsepower figures.

The Nova SS was a popular choice for drag racing, and it became a symbol of the burgeoning muscle car scene in the 1960s. It was known for its simple and lightweight design, which made it a popular choice among racers looking to modify and tune their cars for maximum performance.

Today, the Chevy Nova is still a popular classic car, with enthusiasts drawn to its simple and stylish design, as well as its impressive performance capabilities. While it may not be as well-known as some of the more iconic muscle cars from the era, the Nova remains a significant part of American automotive history and a beloved classic among collectors and enthusiasts.
