For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1992 Dodge Stealth R/T Twin Turbo with all wheel drive. This blast from the past is still a heavy hitter. Power was rated at 300 horsepower and 307 lbs./ft. torque thanks to a twin turbocharged 3.0 liter V6 with 4 valves per cylinder, sent to all four wheels via 5 speed manual transmission. Anti lock brakes and four wheel steering also added to the high tech equipment. Direct competition came from Japan with step brother Mitsubishi 3000 GT VR4 and the Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo with near identical specs. Top speed was rated at 155mph and the quarter mile covered in 14 seconds. This was quicker to 60 and the quarter mile than the stock LT1 Corvette from '92, if that put sit into perspective for you. This is a very fast and capable sports car with loads of grip. This specific example is painted red with black leather, has an original 55,431 miles and come with a transferrable Powertrain Warranty. This warranty has already covered a new transmission less than one year ago. The warranty is good until April of 2022 or 123,806 miles. This Stealth Twin Turbo has been well cared for over the years and is mostly stock with exception to an upgraded stereo, newly covered driver's seat and upgraded brakes.
