This 1953 Jaguar XK120 OTS is in fine condition. The XK120 was a sales bull's eye for Jaguar. Brand experts are of the opinion that the sale successes of the 50’s still helping to sell Jaguars today. Between 1948 and 1954 Jaguar sold 12,055 XK120’s. This XK 120 OTS is the finest of the XK120 series. This specific car was supplied from new to California in the States, then exported to Sweden. There it was subjected to a full overhaul and restoration. The car is still in great shape. The straight bodywork has nice and thin, correctly aligned panelwork. The condition of the paintwork is still extremely neat with barely any signs of use. The supple red leather interior trim is also still quite neat. The controls and instruments all look fine and work as they should. The smooth 3.4-litre straight-six runs, excuse the pun, “purrfectly”. The manual 4-speed gearbox works precisely. The car has not been used much since the engine rebuild in 2013. The rebuild afforded the opportunity to install an aluminium radiator with an electric cooling fan.
