For Sale: Very beautiful restored Mercedes-Benz 280SE from the W111-series, with 3.5 liter V8-engine. The exterior of this Coupe is performed in Tunis Beige metallic, the original color of the car when it came out of the Mercedes factory in 1970. This 280SE 3.5 was delivered to its first owner in California, USA. According to our information, this Coupe has been driven in California until 2008 and imported to Belgium.

Unique is the availability of the stamped maintenance & service book with the annual executed service, registered with mileage. This shows that this 280SE has been driven in California for all these years. Also the original datacard of this car is present in the file of this car.

After 2008, this Mercedes is restored in Belgium. Unique is the original brown leather interior that is preserved. The upholstery is in pure original condition.

Under the bonnet lies a M166 V8-engine with Bosch fuel injection system. Combined with the 4-speed automatic gearbox and the space of the interior in this Mercedes 280SE, make it exceptionally comfortable to drive. This 280SE W111 is equipped with an air conditioning system, Becker stereo radio with electric antenna and electric windows.

The W111-series cars were produced between 1959 and 1971, available as Limousine, Coupe or Cabriolet. Between 1969 and 1971 Mercedes-Benz built the W111 3.5 Coupe, a top model in terms of space, comfort and safety. A total of 3.270 cars of the 3.5 Coupe were ever built.
