We have a unique lovely and authentic Mercedes Benz 280 SE W111 Coupe with only 31,000 miles on the clock. This particular car was supplied from new by the Palm Springs, Ca. based Glenn Austin Buick Company and was first registered on the 12th October 1968. The car has always stayed in California, the last owners, the Hemley family loving keeping it for the last 18 years. It is a very authentic example which had only had one cosmetic re-spray in the original “670H Light Ivory” finish. Recently the interior trim was replaced. The seats and headlining have been reupholstered in factory spec "249 Bamboo 8011” and the wooden dashboard restored. The bodywork is great, it is correctly aligned, good quality paintwork and the underbody is in top original condition. It has the popular automatic gearbox, aircon and surround tinted windows. The accompanying paperwork underlines the car’s authenticity. The complete car wallet with owner's manual and stamped service book (including the punch plate!).
