MG MGB Roadster Overdrive Complete restored condition, re 1971

General description : Absolutely gorgeous 1971 overdrive MG B Roadster. Work on the complete restoration started on the 16th March 2013 and tools were downed on the 24th November 2014! This very neat extensive restoration included sandblasting the bodywork, treating it with an epoxy primer and having a specialist neatly straighten and tighten up the body panels. After all this prep this specialist gave the bodywork a top coat finish in “Old English White”. The bodywork is now lovely with straight body panels, the good alignment and together with the finish gives this car its chique allure. All the replaced chrome work, embellishments, new leather trim, carpets and vinyl hood naturally also contribute to complete the picture. When after the replacement of the springs, shocks, suspension rubbers and ball bearings, the engine was still not running smoothly a engine specialist firm rebuilt it, bringing it back to strength. A complete digital record made of all work is available to see. This most British of Roadsters has been lovingly maintained throughout the years and still remains in a superb state.
