General description : Stoere MG Midget uit latere serie met pittige 1500 cc techniek. Het gaat om een van origine in Amerika geleverd exemplaar ,sinds 1993 in Nederland en is voorzien van Nederlands kenteken. De strakke carrosserie is nog in de 1e lak in de originele kleur Russet Brown. Het interieur verkeert in zeer originele staat. Geleverd af fabriek met spaakwielen en voorzien van een prachtig Amco kofferrek, Als extra voorzien van dubbele SU carburateurs en de wagen loopt en rijdt perfect, In originele ,en ongerestaureerde mooie staat. Algemene informatie :De later gebouwde (1975 tm 1979) MG Midgets hadden een 1500 cc Triumph Spitfire motor die toen nog aan de Amerikaanse normen voldeed en een idem versnellingsbak uit de Triumph Spitfire . Ze kregen ook de rubberbumpers om aan de Amerikaanse 5 mph botseisen te voldoen. De motor werd voor de USA voorzien van 1 stromberg carburateur met Catalysator, om te voldoen aan de strenge Californische uitstooteisen.
