This iconic British 3 Wheeler comes to us from a 12-year ownership in excellent condition and has covered just 660 miles since a total restoration by marque expert Laurie Weeks from the Light Car & Cyclecar Restoration Co.
Purchased in 2007 by a mechanical engineer and fresh from a complete nut and bolt restoration, the decision was made to improve AOC 514 even further and take the engine to Ewan Cameron semi racing all pressed up construction including:
Surface Nitride hardened all over including the Main shafts and H section con-rods. New cylinder barrels, heads, valves, guides, and springs, special JP high compression pistons, matched and balanced by. The crankcase has larger main bearings than standard,RMS9 rather than RLS9, (M=medium L=light. The gearbox contains all new gears including a new worm and pinion, and all the bearings are of the double sealed type.
The front view is certainly one you remember; the V Twin JAP engine is simply a work of art and presented perfectly, above the number plate are various period badges, with the Morgan Three Wheeler Club badge also doubling up as a dust seal.
The complete exhaust system is Stainless steel and runs along the width of the car, when you open up the rear you see a well designed mudguard that can be removed to gain access easily, you also notice that the rear swing arm carrying the rear wheel is controlled by a hydraulic damper which greatly improves the ride.
The stained wooden dashboard is full of the standard dash fittings along with a period capillary tube water temperature gauge and rev-counter. There is  Vincents of Reading sellers plaque on the left of the dashboard and an original Morgan St Christopher’s badge on the right hand side.
With a tickle of the carb the engine fires immediately and simply roars through the stainless steel pipes, the power supplied to the single rear wheel is impressive to say the least, the gear change is simple and smooth, top gear (third) just seems to go on an on. A foot throttle has been fitted for ease, this certainly helps out while cornering. A tonneau cover, spare wheel and selection of spares also come with this Morgan.

In our showroom and ready for viewing.

About Morgan
Morgan Motor Company indeed embodies a quintessential Britishness that's unique and deeply rooted in automotive history. The company's heritage dates back over a century, founded in 1909 by Henry Frederick Stanley Morgan in Malvern Link, Worcestershire, England. Morgan cars are renowned for their distinctive design, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern engineering.

One of the most iconic features of Morgan cars is their use of an ash wood frame for the body structure, a technique that dates back to the early days of automobile manufacturing. This traditional method, where skilled craftsmen hand-build the frames, sets Morgan vehicles apart from mass-produced cars and adds to their timeless appeal.

The design and manufacturing process of Morgan cars reflect a sense of British heritage and craftsmanship. These roadsters exude classic elegance and a nostalgic charm, making them highly sought after by enthusiasts who appreciate their unique blend of traditional craftsmanship and performance.

Throughout its history, Morgan has produced various models, each with its own distinct characteristics and innovations. Some of the notable models include the Morgan 4/4, Plus 4, Roadster, Aero 8, and the more recent Plus Six, featuring a modernized platform while preserving the classic Morgan essence.

The company's showroom and factory tours often showcase the meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail involved in creating these hand-built vehicles. The emphasis on heritage, quality, and craftsmanship is presented in a very British manner, reflecting the values that Morgan Motor Company holds dear.

Morgan cars are more than just automobiles; they represent a piece of British motoring history, embracing tradition while incorporating contemporary engineering advancements. The blend of classic design, handcrafted elements, and British heritage makes Morgan cars a symbol of automotive excellence and a true embodiment of British motoring culture
