See! Even a normal car eventually becomes special. In this case the special car is the Morris Minor Traveller. In 1948 the Morris Minor was introduced as a car for the “common man”. Our car is an original Dutch supplied 1966 Morris Minor Traveller series 3. In the past this car was fully restored and to this day remains in very good shape. The Morris Minor Traveller is typically the kind of car that brings a smile to your face when walking towards it. The smile does not fade when you have a closer look. The bodywork is still in a fine condition. The panelwork is straight, nice and thin and correctly aligned. It is worthwhile to point out that the wooden frame is in very good condition and clearly has been well maintained following the restoration. The “Almond Green” finish contrasts lovely against the light coloured wooden frame and is in a good used state. The interior trim is also very well maintained. The green vinyl upholstery matches the green carpets perfectly, all in good condition. The dashboard has a centrally placed instrument cluster with the well-organised meters in perfect working order. All switches and handles are in good condition and work properly. The previous owner also added two extra Smith meters for oil pressure and temperature. Over the years the Morris has enjoyed excellent maintenance and servicing. The Rover A-series engine runs perfectly and the manual gearbox works correctly. The car comes with a series of photos relating to the restoration as well as recent maintenance invoices. In short a super fine classic for you or the whole family to enjoy.
