Pontiac GTO 455 CID V8 1966

General description : Now for sale in our Houston showroom is this great example of a 1966 Pontiac GTO that has a great mix between classic looks and performance! A nice restoration and repaint was finished a few years back looking nearly and as good as it did the day it was completed. The exterior color is an eye-popping Gold that separates it from others on the road. While according to the PHS docs this car was originally a H.D 3-speed with a 389 CID V8, this beauty is now powered by a strong running 455 CID V8 and has been paired up to a 4-speed manual transmission. With power steering, and power brakes this car still handles much like it did from the factory. A few more modern changes have been added to include dual electric fans, MSD ignition, and aluminum radiator to ensure proper cooling. The ride has also been improved slightly with the coil over shocks added to the rear. Even a fresh fuel tank was added during the restoration, so you don't have to worry about 40+ years of old gas, dirt, and debris sitting at the bottom of the tank. Getting into the driver seat you will notice it's mostly original apart from a nicely done aftermarket gauge cluster, and a nice digital display for your stereo. The black leather seats are in great shape with no major rips or tears either.
