Porsche 911 / 930 Turbo 3.3 Incredible Rare Spec. Garage find !!! 1980

General description : ABOUT THIS CLASSICThis 1980 Porsche 911 (930) Turbo is truly something special. We were extremely lucky to acquire this very spec. 930 Turbo from a private party in Belgium. A real garage/barn find like this has become a rare experience on itself these days. But finding a “widow maker” like this is just like winning the lottery. This matching numbers 930 Turbo is a second owner, original Belgian delivery. Delivered by D’ieteren Belgium in 1980. The car now has guards red paint but was originally delivered with a continental orange exterior over a black full leather interior. An extremely rare specification to say the least. This 911/930 is good running, rock hard project car that will need partial restoration. There is no question about the validity of the investment. The finished product will be one of the most sought-after cars on the market. We did do some work already to be able to drive and check the quality of the car. Since the car had been standing still for a long time, we first drained and professionally cleaned the gas tank & changed the fuel lines. We gave the engine a fluid change, checked all the electric systems & put a new battery in. Of course, the true character of these incredibly well build 911’s surfaced right away, and the car started at first crank. The engine runs strong and smooth. We also did a brake revision and the car is now drivable as is. We will be happy to tell you more about this continental orange widow maker by email or by phone. About Porsche 911 / 930 Turbo 3.3
The Porsche 930 Turbo, also known as the Porsche 911 Turbo, was first introduced in 1975 as a high-performance variant of the Porsche 911. The 930 Turbo was designed to be a fast and powerful sports car that could compete with other high-performance cars of the era.

The original 930 Turbo was powered by a 3.0-liter turbocharged flat-six engine that produced 256 horsepower and 243 lb-ft of torque. It was also equipped with a number of advanced features for its time, such as a four-speed manual transmission, four-wheel disc brakes, and a limited-slip differential.

In 1978, the 930 Turbo was updated with a larger 3.3-liter engine that produced 300 horsepower and 303 lb-ft of torque. This engine was also equipped with an intercooler, which helped to improve performance and reduce the risk of engine damage from high temperatures.

Over the years, the Porsche 930 Turbo underwent a number of changes and updates, including changes to the body style, interior, and engine. In 1989, the final year of production for the 930 Turbo, Porsche introduced the 930 Turbo S, which was a limited-edition model that featured a more powerful engine and a number of other upgrades
