General description : This fine Porsche 911 993 convertible is the last air-cooled 993 made. This one was supplied by Porsche Knoxville, Tennessee on the 20th December 1996, and became registered in February 1997. Starting in 1996 the 3.6 engine’s power was boosted to 285 Hp from 272 Hp. This example has this more powerful 3.6 engine. This very original 993 has only clocked up 52,408 miles and has a 6-speed gearbox. All the correct and original stickers are still present including the one under the bonnet. The fine bodywork is undamaged, with all panels fitting together snuggly. The underbody is also in a fine and rust-free state. It has its original metallic ‘Arktis Silber L92U’ finish with a ‘Midnight Blue’ leather interior trim, matching hood and tonneau cover. It has all sorts of accessories such as cruise control, windbreaker, aircon, not forgetting the electrically operated hood. It has retained its original Porsche certified, matching numbers, engine.
