1965 Porsche 911This extremely original 1965 Porsche 911 that was ordered on June 21, 1965, and delivered to Los Angeles, California in October of 1965 is featured here with matching numbers (Kardex included) and available in its factory color code #6602 Polo Red with a black cloth/leatherette interior. It comes equipped with a manual transmission, 2.0-liter engine, Solex carburetors, wood steering wheel, headrest, 4-wheel disc brakes, and date stamp solid wheels. Also included with this vehicle is the Tourist Delivery Order, original Purchase Order as well as receipts dating from September 1965 to June of 1994 which confirm the vehicle has never left California. An extremely sought-after early short wheelbase 911 which still retains most of its original paint. However, the hood has been repainted at some point in its life, both doors, and the deck lid has numbers matching body stamps as well as the dash has the body number in chalk as well (please review paint meter reading photos).
