General description : Delightful 1987 Porsche 3.2 Carrera. Supplied by Porsche Zentrum in Friedberg, Germany on the 15th May 1987. This `87 Carrera is fitted with the sought after 232 PS (229 bhp) 930/20 engine and G50 transmission! Acquired by the last owner in 2005. Over a 6-year period between 2009-2015 the car was fully restored and mechanically revised. Thanks to the extensive nature of this Dutch restoration, the car has very straight bodywork with neat and narrow panel gaps. The undercarriage, likewise, is very neat and without corrosion. By revising the drivetrain, the transmission, the brakes, including updated Porsche 964 calipers and expert tuning; this car now drives and handles fantastically. She has the original colour scheme of a ‘Diamantblau metallic L697’ finish in combination with black leather and cloth trim. All the appropriate stickers are in the right places. She has a number of factory-fitted accessories; Electrically adjustable seats, right wing mirror, leather steering wheel, front & back Carrera spoilers. And extra fitted with 17 inch RUF Speedline rims. The engine and transmission have matching numbers and have been certified as such by Porsche. The cars` impeccable history is exemplified by the photo`s and invoices of the restoration process. Original stamped service book and instruction manual are also present. So what we have here is a much sought after G50 Carrera, in fully restored condition with the correct history.
