Vintage and Prestige Fine Motor Cars are proud to be offering this 1935 Rolls Royce 20/25 Mulliner Sedanca, with division for sale. The Rolls Royce 20/25 Mulliner Sedanca has seen little use until seven years ago when the aging owner had to sell the Rolls Royce 20/25 Mulliner Sedanca to a Moscow based collection.
Recently recommissioned, the Rolls Royce 20/25 Mulliner Sedanca is in superb running order. The Rolls Royce engine starts readily on the first turn and requires minimal prompting of the carburetoors before settling down to an even idle. Right away the Rolls Royce 20/25 Mulliner Sedanca starts off from the switch five times in a row, attesting to the excellent compression of the engine.
The exterior of the Rolls Royce 20/25 Mulliner Sedanca is deep rich brown over cream making the Rolls Royce 20/25 Mulliner Sedanca present iteself extremely well. The body has very pleasing lines with a graceful flow when viewed in side profile. Twin covered side mounts are fitted to the running boards with twin trumpet horns to the front. A useful luggage shelf folds out from the rear. Being a Sedanca model, the front section of the roof slides back and stows away behind a hatch in the roof bulkhead allowing for open motoring in fine weather. Clearly it may be closed during inclement weather.
The Rolls Royce engine bay is detailed retaining its original bakelite mushroom coil housing, although the Rolls Royce 20/25 Mulliner Sedanca is now running on a more recent coil. The Rolls Royce is running well off its original auto-vac petrol feed. A complete tool kit is located in a slide out drawer under the front seat. A period owner's manual also comes with the Rolls Royce 20/25 Mulliner Sedanca much besmirched by grimy chauffeurs fingers!!
Inside the Rolls Royce 20/25 Mulliner Sedanca is brown leather to both the front and rear which has been re-coloured with receipts supporting this from Connolly Bros. Overall, the condition of this Rolls Royce is very good. Lovely features abound in the interior with picnic tables and integral storage boxes. There is also a rear mounted speedometer and clock, fully working Art Deco rear alcove mirrors etc. Brown carpets in excellent order complete the ensemble.
All in all an imposing Rolls Royce with considerable presence and lovely mechanics, ready for the next chapter in her life.
