This mean, green 1970 Camaro definitely has the right aggressive look. And it's more than just skin deep, too, with a great-running 350 under the hood, a classic black bucket seat interior, and a ton of personality to be the Camaro you've always dreamed of owning.
Citrus Green is a wonderful factory color to have. It represents the '70s so well, but it also has a contemporary look to it, too. Of course it helps greatly that this one has a terrific professional respray (even the fender wells are painted the radiant green!) The modern clearcoat gives the green and black stripes the kind of shine that will make you want to take this coupe out on every sunny day. Then again, the large cowl hood, makes it look like a midnight hero, too. The aggressive appearance is also helped by the chin spoiler up front, dual split bumpers with iconic large grille, ducktail rear spoiler, and Z/28 rally wheels. Overall, the workmanship that has gone into this car is very good - you can see how straight this one is just from the photos and feel it every time you close the doors with confidence.
Because the interior color was changed over to black, this means the carpets, door panels, seat covers, etc., have all been updated and refreshed. This one has all the great iconic features you like to see such as the low-back bucket seats with a center console, and of course, the horseshoe shifter. The right stock pieces are in place, but there are plenty of nice upgrades, too. This includes a trio of AutoMeter auxiliary gauges and a cool custom wood and chrome sports steering wheel.
The engine bay looks fantastic with its painted inner fenders, tidy wires, and shiny components like the valve covers and master cylinder. The reason why you're going to love this V8 is because below the great presentation is a fire-breathing 350 cubic-inch V8. This four-bolt main block has enhancements such as a Lunati cam, World heads, 1.6 roller rockers, performance intake, and a Holley 600 CFM four-barrel carburetor. They'll know you're coming with the rumble created by the header-fed MagnaFlow 2.5-inch dual exhaust. Making sure all this power gets to the ground is the stout 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission w/overdrive. This feeds the Positraction rear end running versatile 3.73 gears. Keeping you in control are great anytime driving features such as power steering and front disc brakes.
