Land Rover Series III 2.6 six cylinder Series 3 LHD Dormobile camper, Austrian car, known history from 1976

Allmän beskrivning : We are very pleased to present this unique Land Rover 109 Stationwagon Series 3. It was originally supplied to the Austrian Fire service in Fernschnitz on the 8th July 1976. In 2001 the car was decommissioned and exported to the Netherlands in 2002. When the second owner took possession it had only clocked up 22,400 km, which is really nothing for a Land Rover! Again rather especially, this car has every scrap of associated documentation present. The original service book, ‘Einzelgenehmigungs Bescheid’, Heritage Certificate and owners manuals are specifically amongst the paperwork. This factory supplied LHD comes with the 2.6 6-cylinder engine. The second owner first had the car completely mechanically checked. Then he commissioned the Ramsey, Hampshire, UK based firm of Dormobile to convert the car to a Dormobile Camper, a rather costly and unique commission! Naturally the paperwork is there confirming the whole process. It has the original ‘Aulehla Red’ finish that although not perfect is still very presentable. The bodywork is in superb and rust-free condition. This is a very special fantastic, low-mileage, one real owner, Land Rover with its history present complete from day1!
