This classic was restored in 2012 by Racing Green Engineering and is in top condition. Racing Green Engineering has been restoring pre-war cars and other custom creations for over 40 years and is known worldwide for their attention to detail and accuracy. Our Alvis 3.0 Ltr. Special is equipped with a 3 liter 6-cylinder engine from the post-war Alvis TC coupled to a TD cylinder head. It is equipped with 3 SU carburettors and a direct exhaust system that gives an amazing sound. The low weight of the car in combination with the powerful engine provides an unforgettable driving experience. The car comes with a very complete history of paperwork, restoration photos and invoices.

The restoration is of a top level and every detail has been thought of. The body is made of aluminum and built on a tubular frame. The design of the body is based on the famous European pre-war racers of the 1930s. Alvis Car and Engineering Company Ltd was a British manufacturing company in Coventry, England operational 1919–67.After becoming a subsidiary of Rover in 1965, car manufacturing was duly ended.
Today, Alvis might be best remembered for its TE21 (352 produced) & TF21 (106 produced) models styled by Graber of Switzerland and built at Mulliner Park Ward. These were characterized by having twin headlights mounted one above the other.
