Ford 3-Window Coupe Coupe 1932

General description : Mixing all the best traits of modern street rodding with world class planning and meticulous assembly, this exceptional 3-window is ready to be a standout in ANY scene! Of course, to pull off an incredible build like this, everything you do HAS to be flawless. From the car's striking Outlaw body to its epic ZZ427 powertrain and one-off, custom interior, there's simply nowhere subpar workmanship can hide. Looking for a quintessential classic that's road ready, show-ready and just plain ready to rock and roll? Roll up the metal curtain and crank up this fantastic Ford!
NUMBER 29
Built to be both paraded and parked, this sweet Ford is the 29th street rod assembled by its builder -- a life-long gearhead who, as you can probably tell, knows a thing or two about creating octane-fueled art. Constructed of solid Outlaw Performance fiberglass, the coupe's smooth planes and crisp panels manifest as an arrow-straight profile that was officially debuted in late 2022. And, since a profile that nice deserved to be seen and celebrated, it wears deep PPG two-stage that's somehow delightfully fresh while being decidedly vintage.
At the front of that rich pigment, a polished frame spreader centers LED parking lamps beneath a polished headlight bar that's finished with traditional halogen torches. Behind those lights, a steel shell frames a polished grille, which leads a three-piece Rootlieb hood. That steel bonnet leads a chopped and stainless-trimmed greenhouse, which slides tinted glass behind trick suicide doors. Traditional handles swing those doors over fiberglass running boards that are balanced on a full suite of fiberglass fenders. And at the back of those flares, a shaved and power-operated decklid shades a polished fuel filler and a second polished frame spreader that's dotted with subtle LED tail lamps.
480 HORSES
Activate this classic's quality Hagan latches and you'll find 427 cubic inches of proven ZZ427 big block that, sourced directly from Chevrolet Performance, create an easy 480 horsepower! At the top of that tough iron mill, a polished air cleaner wraps a reusable filter element around a coated Holley 4-barrel that's sequenced to a coated pump, a Redhorse Performance filter and a liquid-filled Russell pressure gauge. That explosive elixir drops through a choice Hogan's Racing Manifolds intake, which is finished with a hot MSD distributor. That manifold feeds aluminum, oval-port heads, which tuck effortlessly under attractive Billet Specialties valve covers. A forged steel crank, forged steel connecting rods and forged aluminum pistons turn stout 10.1 to 1 compression into an epic 490 lb./ft. of torque. A hydraulic roller cam maximizes intake efficiency with the help of aluminum roller rockers. Speaking of breathing, the monochromatic block funnels spent gases through long stainless headers, which thread sleeved Taylor plug wires. A dressed Walker radiator fronts a quick-spinning puller fan. Speaking of spinning, billet pulleys spin an aluminum water pump next to a polished alternator. And the smooth engine bay is dotted with first rate details like a polished oil pan, billet breathers and fresh Energy Suppression motor mounts.
OUTLAW THROUGH AND THROUGH
Naturally, this impressive custom's slick Outlaw Performance body rides a high quality Outlaw Performance frame. Those bones skate a polished Kugel Komponents suspension, which mixes tubular control arms with quality Aldan American coil-overs. That chassis employs a stylized Currie 9-inch that's stuffed with a posi-traction differential and big, 4.10 gears. Power is applied through a tough Tremec 5-speed, which twists a fully polished driveshaft. Turns come courtesy of manual rack-and-pinion steering. Stops are provided by polished Wilwood calipers, which clamp 13-inch drilled and slotted front rotors in front of 11-inch drilled and slotted rotors. Polished stainless pipes cage polished MagnaFlow mufflers. Ample fuel comes courtesy of a stainless Tanks Inc. fuel tank. And at the corners of the car, polished Billet Specialties Legacy wheels twist polished spinners inside 205/45R17 Pirelli P Zeros and 305/40R20 Pirelli P Zeros.
LEATHER LUXURY
Inside this awesome coupe you'll find a sea of custom Burgundy leather that was installed by the pros at Sherrills Ford, North Carolina's Hot Rod Interiors. A duo of modern buckets rides piped and color-keyed carpet. A small console centers a snazzy billet shifter behind Bluetooth-capable Rockford Fosgate audio and switches for smooth power windows. A leather-wrapped dash centers clean Classic Instruments telemetry above polished foot pedals. Stylish side panels, dotted with billet handles, complement a sculpted headliner. And the driver spins a polished and half-wrapped steering wheel around a polished, tilting column.
It's impossible to guess how many hours it took to construct this amazing custom. But, given the lengthy list of equipment that went in to its build, our asking price probably wouldn't even cover the components, let alone labor. At first glance, the car appears to be a basic and simple piece, but an acute attention to detail and amazing quality grab your attention almost instantly. All that said, one thing is certain: thrilling and timeless, there's simply no hiding how brilliant this Ford is when it's centerstage!

About Ford
Ford, founded in 1902, has arguably changed the history of automotive world more than any other car manufacturer by introducing the first people's car Model T in 1908. They had produced more than 15 million cars by the end of the production in 1927, by which T had become obsolete.

Ford launched the first low priced V8 engine powered car in 1932. 1932 V8 was an instant hit with superior handling and performance to many far more expansive cars of the day. No wonder 32 V8 Ford has become such a favourite among hot rodders around the world with 32 Deuce coupe as their icon.

During the war Ford completely shut down civilian vehicle production to dedicate all its resources to the Allied war efforts (1942-45) They used to build B-24 bombers, aircraft engines, jeeps, M-4 tanks, military trucks and Bren-gun carriers and more than 30,000 super-charged Rolls Royce Merlin V-12 engines for Mosquito and Lancaster bombers as well as P-51 Mustang fighters. After the war Ford cars in the USA got bigger and flashier along with their competitors. In the 60's Ford was back in the forefront again when introducing their commercial hit Mustang in 1964. Mustang was so popular the competition had to follow Ford's example and the ponycar phenomenon took over the US. Over the years the ponies grew some muscles until the oil crisis kill finally killed them off.

In the sixties Ford rushed into international motor sports scene with a fury. After unsuccessful Ferrari takeover, when Enzo Ferrari had cut the deal off with Henry Ford II making the latter absolutely boil with fury, Ford turned to Lola in UK to produce a Ferrari beating long distance racer after. The collaboration between Ford and Lola created the mighty Ford GT40 that absolutely beat Ferrari in Le Mans 24 numerous times.

In Europe, Ford introduced some of the most epic race and rally cars of the 60's based on humble family sedans; Cortina GT, Lotus Cortina, Escort Twin Cam, and Escort 1600RS with the iconic Cosworth BDA engines.
